Distribution of Collected Information
The following Terms & Conditions govern your use of Dash876 Couriers and www.dash876.com, owned and operated by Dash876 Couriers (“Dash876,” “the Company”), including but not limited to our website, web or cloud applications, iOS and Android apps, package tracking, shipment notifications, and online billing and service platforms.
By accessing or using any of our websites, mobile apps, or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Using our overseas address, virtual mailbox, or any related services—including shipping items to the Company’s address—constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Please read this document carefully in its entirety.
Sign-up is free, and there are no fees associated with creating an account.
Dash876 Couriers reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published via email to the address on your account. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes. The Company will not be liable for any loss or claim arising from your failure to comply with the latest version of these Terms.
Definitions

Branch: Any collection point or location operated by the Company, including physical stores or automated lockers.

Shipment/Package: Any item or order delivered to our overseas location.

Content: All information, graphics, text, animations, products, features, services, and links on www.dash876.com.

Dash876: Dash876 Couriers, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies.

You/User: You personally, and/or any entity you represent.

Account Number: A unique identifier assigned to you (e.g., DASHXXXX-XXX).

Branch to Branch®: Our inter-island branch-to-branch delivery service.
Use of Dash876 Services
1. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content on www.dash876.com – including designs, text, logos, graphics, software code, and other materials—is owned by Dash876 Couriers or its licensors. It is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and download content solely for the purpose of using Dash876 services. You may not modify, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without prior written consent from Dash876 Couriers.
If you use referral or “Share with a Friend” features, you may share links or content through email or social media as provided by the site. You may not remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary information.
2. Registration & Passwords
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You accept full liability for all activities conducted under your login.
If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must contact Dash876 immediately via email or phone.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in its sole discretion, including if your information cannot be verified or if you share login credentials with third parties.
3. Cybersecurity
Dash876 may at any time discontinue, modify, or suspend www.dash876.com without notice. We may restrict or terminate any user’s access for any reason, including but not limited to security concerns, policy violations, or suspected malicious activity.
Use of unauthorized scripts, bots, or attempts to disrupt our systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. We fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities investigating any cyber threats.
4. Identification & Account Information
You agree to maintain accurate, up-to-date information in your account. Failure to do so may restrict your ability to collect shipments or process transactions and may result in unauthorized activity for which you are responsible.
5. Invoicing & Valuation
To process your shipments through customs, Dash876 requires invoices for all packages.

Discounts exceeding 25% on invoices will not be honored for customs valuation purposes.

Customs may require fair market value regardless of sale price.

These valuations may impact inbound fees.
6. Inbound Charges
Inbound charges may include but are not limited to:

Airline fuel surcharges

Overseas storage
-
Insurance
-
Logistics and handling
-
Wharfage, demurrage, and stripping fees
7. Promotions & Giveaways
Dash876 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion, discount, or giveaway at any time without notice.
We are not responsible for any losses due to users clicking unauthorized links or falling victim to phishing or scams. To verify any promotion, please contact our customer service team or use only our official website and verified social media accounts.
8. Customer Conduct
Abusive, threatening, or violent behavior towards staff, drivers, or representatives will not be tolerated. If you engage in such conduct, you may be:

Removed from the premises

Reported to law enforcement

Banned from using our services
Dash876 premises and communications may be monitored and recorded for safety and training. You consent to such monitoring by using our services.
The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to deny service to any user.
9. User Data & Privacy
Dash876 does not store your credit card or payment information. We do not share your personal information outside our group of companies, except when required by law.
From time to time, we may use your contact information to share marketing offers. You can opt out of such communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any promotional email.
To comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations, we may request additional verification documents before processing shipments or payments. All payments must be made using a method in the name of the account holder unless prior written approval is granted.
10. Photographs and Video Content
Any photographs or videos taken on Dash876 premises may be used for marketing or training purposes. If you wish to request removal of any such media, please contact customer support and provide clear reference details. Requests will be reviewed and processed at the Company’s discretion.

Services and Additional Terms
Disclosure of Partners
Dash876 Couriers reserves the right not to disclose any shipping partners, vendors, or trade agreements. You accept this policy by using our services.
Inspection of Shipments
Shipments may be inspected by customs or other authorities in the country of origin or destination. Dash876 does not control these inspections and is not responsible for resulting delays or actions taken by authorities.
Prohibited and Unlawful Use
You agree not to use any Dash876 address or service for illegal activities, including:

Fraud or scams (e.g., cheque fraud, credit card fraud).

Smuggling, trafficking, or shipping restricted or prohibited items.

Exploiting loopholes in government or private systems.
We cooperate with lawful investigations and will disclose relevant information when legally required, in compliance with applicable laws.
Restricted Items
You must not ship restricted or prohibited items to any Dash876 facility. A detailed list of restricted imports into Jamaica is available here:

Any prohibited or improperly declared items may:

Be confiscated or destroyed.

Be reported to authorities.

Incur disposal fees at your expense.
Consignee Information
Important:
Always include the following when shipping to our facilities:

Your full legal name matching your ID.
-
Your Dash876 account number.
-
The complete address as provided by Dash876.
Incorrect or incomplete information may delay clearance or result in returned or unidentifiable packages.
China Warehouse Address
Registered customers may request a China warehouse address.
Key Requirements:

Use the address exactly as provided in Chinese.

Include your full name and Dash876 shipping mark on every package.

Confirm all terms and conditions with our support team before using this address.
Use of translated addresses is at your own risk.
Examples of Prohibited Items
This includes but is not limited to:

Financial instruments (checks, money orders).
-
Payment cards.
-
Contraband, illegal goods, or stolen property.
-
Occult or restricted materials.
If you are unsure, contact support before shipping.
Importation and Clearance
Dash876 facilitates importation and customs clearance in Jamaica.
Note:

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses before shipping.

Dash876 is not liable for delays, seizures, or penalties due to missing documentation or regulatory non-compliance.
Detained Shipments
Shipments may be detained for reasons such as:

Incomplete or inaccurate invoices.

Incorrect consignee information.
-
Restricted or prohibited contents.
-
Missing permits or clearances.
Damaged Shipments
Dash876 will:

Notify you of any visible damage upon arrival at our facility.

Allow you to collect the package in Miami if preferred.
We do not:

Process supplier returns.
-
Compensate for items damaged due to inadequate supplier packaging.
All claims must be pursued with your seller or supplier.
Returns
Dash876 does not offer return shipping services.
Please coordinate any returns directly with your supplier.
Incorrect Orders or Quantities
Dash876 is not responsible for:

Incorrect items or quantities.
-
Supplier shipping errors.
All internal service fees remain payable regardless of supplier error.
Orders Placed on Your Behalf

We will not order any restricted or permit-required items.
-
Orders may be canceled without notice.
-
Refunds for canceled orders will be credited to your Dash876 e-wallet.
Notifications & Collection
Shipment notifications are sent via:

Email.
-
In-app alerts.
-
Website notifications.
Inspect your packages upon pickup.
Failure to check at pickup waives any claims for damage or discrepancies.
Storage Fees
Storage fees apply starting 14 days after notification:
-
$100 JMD per day per package.
-
Capped at 30 days.
-
After 30 days, uncollected packages may be disposed of.
Authorized Pickup
You may authorize someone to collect packages.
All outstanding balances must be paid before release.
Acceptance & Refusal
Receiving a shipment does not mean Dash876 has accepted it.
Shipments may be:

Inspected.
-
Refused if they do not comply with our policies.
Refused items are held for 30 days before disposal.
Customs Declarations
Dash876 does not release internal clearance documentation.
If you choose to self-clear:

All fees must be settled first.
-
You assume all liability for errors or delays.
Clearance Fees
Fees are applied per shipment. Rates may change and are published via:

Email updates.
-
In-store notices.
-
Our website.
Insurance & Claims
Insurance coverage:

Maximum: USD $2,500 per package.

Claims require:
-
Proof of purchase (invoice).
-
Submission within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
-
Retention of all packaging and contents until resolved.

Liability Waiver
Dash876 is not liable for:

Confiscation by authorities.
-
Hidden defects or poor packaging.
-
Items seized due to noncompliance.
-
Perishable goods.
Fraudulent claims will be prosecuted.
Uncollected Packages
Packages unclaimed after 30 days may be disposed of, donated, or sold.
Delivery
Delivery is subject to:

Availability.

Safety conditions (weather, security).
-
Acceptance of our terms.
Inspect deliveries within 24 hours.
Third-party Deliveries
When using third-party couriers:

You accept all risk.

Dash876’s responsibility ends at confirmed handover.
Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds:

Are issued via bank transfer or e-wallet credit only.

Require proper pre-alerted invoices.
-
Are not provided for supplier errors or undelivered orders.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be governed by Jamaican law and resolved by arbitration in Kingston, Jamaica.
Electronic Signatures
Electronic signatures and records are legally binding and treated the same as physical signatures.
Compliance & Conduct
You agree:

To comply with all applicable laws.

Not to misuse Dash876 services.

To report any security breaches or suspicious activity.
Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Dash876 services are provided as is without warranties of any kind.
In no event will Dash876 be liable for:

Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Losses exceeding the declared value or maximum insurance coverage.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Dash876 harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services.
