How it works

• You send item links/details; we provide a complete quote including: item cost + shipping method (Box or Barrel) + US$15 buffer + 10% service fee*.
• Full payment required upfront via secure checkout. After purchase, we send you official store receipts and item photos for verification.
• 📦 BOX SHIPPING (Air): Items ship via USPS Medium Flat Rate Box from US to Miami hub. Fast air delivery, fully trackable. Best for smaller, lighter items that you need quickly.
• 🛢️ BARREL SHIPPING (Sea): Items are packed in a 55-gallon barrel and shipped via sea freight from US to Miami, then by ocean cargo to Jamaica. Takes 1-2 weeks to arrive in Jamaica. Best for larger orders, multiple items, bulk purchases, or heavier goods up to 250 lbs per barrel.
• Once in Jamaica, final leg delivery is billed at standard Dash876 rates.

Shipping method comparison

• When to choose BOX (Air): Single items, electronics, clothing, shoes, small packages under 35 lbs. Faster delivery (typical air freight speeds).
• When to choose BARREL (Sea): Groceries, household goods, multiple items, bulk orders, care packages, or anything weighing 35-250 lbs. More economical for larger quantities but takes 1-2 weeks by sea.
• Standard 55-gallon barrels can hold approximately 250 lbs of goods. Cannot be overpacked or goods may shift during sea transit.
• Barrels travel by ocean freight which is slower but perfect for non-urgent shipments and larger volumes.

• Service fee: 10% of item total (min US$10, non-ref).
• Buffer: US$15 per order (non-ref; covers gas, handling and micro-logistics).
• First-time payments via approved gateways; no unverified transfers.

Verification and limits

• First-time limit US$300; higher orders require ID and address verification.
• High-value orders (>$500) may require video call verification for security.

Proof and acceptance

• We provide checkout screenshots, item photos & official store receipt.
• 24 hours to report issues; otherwise deemed accepted.
• All documentation stored securely for dispute resolution.

Returns / defects

• Seller return policy applies; you cover return shipping/restock unless refunded by seller.
• We facilitate returns but shipping costs are customer responsibility.
• Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Prohibited items

• No weapons, hazardous/perishable goods, illegal items or customs-barred merchandise.
• No live animals, plants, or biological materials.
• Restricted items: alcohol, tobacco, prescription medications.

Insurance & liability

• Insurance recommended for orders greater than US$300 — otherwise you assume transit risk.
• Dash876 liability ≤ refund received from carrier/seller.
• Insurance available through third-party providers; costs vary by value.

Cancellations and under-$100 orders

• Cancel before purchase → refund − US$10 admin fee.
• Orders less than US$100 may be accepted at our discretion (all fees still apply).
• No cancellations once item is purchased unless seller allows returns.

Note: USPS occasionally adds temporary holiday surcharges to Flat Rate boxes (+$0.90 medium Oct–Jan). Box shipping uses USPS air service for faster delivery. Barrel shipping uses sea freight and takes approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive in Jamaica from Miami hub. Standard 55-gallon barrels hold up to 250 lbs of properly packed goods. Operational origin confidential for security (US → Miami Hub FL 33172).
